Took good care of my ’94 F-250. I was having brake issues and they diagnosed the problem, walked me through everything in a proposal, and got me back on the road. I especially appreciated how communicative they were throughout the process. Long live the small auto shop.

Unprofessional as hell. I had an appointment scheduled for 1 PM and pulled in exactly at 1 just to watch them pull another car into the garage like they were about to start working on it. I go inside and tell the lady I’m here for my 1 o’clock appointment and she says she didn’t know if I was coming so they started another vehicle. How do you schedule appointments but don’t expect the person to show up on time? Makes absolutely no sense. The whole situation felt weird and unorganized and honestly made me question if this place is even legit. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money. 🚩🚩🚩 🚩 I live right down the street from this establishment and needed the work done, so why would I intentionally show up late? Make that make sense. When I arrived, they were already pulling another vehicle into the shop. I was literally standing inside the facility watching it happen. Customers don’t live off hopes and dreams, and businesses shouldn’t expect people to sit around while their time is wasted. The moment you pull another vehicle in ahead of a scheduled customer, you’ve lost my time and my money. What do I look like waiting around after that? Not

I want to give the professional a big thank you for the great job you did on my car. I know the brakes were a mess and the car was so noisy when I took it in, but now my car is a lot quieter and I am so happy. Great group of people and I would recommend you to everyone. Mike and his team is absolutely awesome and is my new go to repair shop. From the customer service to repair to pricing! Front desk representative was so sweet and kind!! I had an issue with my EPB system wiring and was in and out within 1 hour. No appointment, just walked in. Highly recommend them. If it was not for my uber driver, I wouldn’t have knew about this shop. Mike and his team are true life savers. Thank you guys, you are stuck with me as a new customer!
